We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Serata. As a newly property, it feels fresh, beautifully presented and exceptionally clean, with a lot of thought clearly put into making guests comfortable. The apartment itself was modern, spacious and extremely comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. Washing machine to refresh our clothes and the Wi-Fi was genuinely excellent — fast, reliable. Room slippers and even has oil for cooking, a great touch so that you don’t have to waste money buying a litre for two meals each time. The really high-quality breakfast was a highlight and delivered to our room each morning, which was a lovely touch. The location is excellent too; tucked away in a quiet street but still within easy walking distance of central Tirana, restaurants and the main sights. Most importantly, the online and onsite hospitality was fantastic. The place has a really welcoming feel, and the attention to detail makes it feel so much more than a generic apartment. Casa Serata is a new listing, with not many reviews but it felt right for us and we went for it. And so pleased we did. I think it’s going to become a very popular one. We’d happily stay here again and have no hesitation recommending it. A very easy 5 stars from us.

Nothing
