I don't really get the negative comments. For me I had the place to myself, but if there were another person or still would have been an 8/10 simply because the owner doesn't specify it could be a shared apartment. I did, however, know this before my staff, and anyone who reads the comments would as well... that said, owner should list this as a shared bathroom and shared living room. The property is really a full house with two bedrooms. Mine has 2 need, but the other was locked so I'm not sure if it did as well or not. If the owner put a couch or two in the spacious living room, you could easily have 6 people stay there. There is only one bathroom, but it could work and would be a very nice place for the many people on the Camino who travel in groups of 3-7. The bathroom is really nice and the backyard is also a beautiful spot to rest in a super peaceful, quiet small town, especially if the sun is out. This house has screens on the windows which is huge since almost nobody is spain has these. It seems for some unknown reason most Spaniards just love flies and mosquitoes feeding off of human blood at night. The screens at this place say, "Not today!!" Good nice. Several comments mentioned the lack of locks on the room doors. Well there are locks on the doors. I can verify that, so have no fear. One person commented on the patio door not being able to be locked and they felt vulnerable at night. Very me a river. This ain't Inglewood, Chicago. The walls to the backyard are like 10 feet tall and EL BURGO RANERO, ain't nobody climbing over a wall to assault you at night... and if there was, then you can lock the door! Again, you may have to share the place with another stranger or two, so the owner should really make that first, but aside feel that, this is a fantastic spot of your a group that can use two rooms, then book both and you'll be VERY happy with this house.

Okay, so only real bad thing is the furniture is lacking. There should be a couch or two in the living area. There's really no place to sit and chill. Someone else commented on some furniture on the yard. That would be nice too. A small trash bin in the bathroom would also be good, though not as essential, but walking to they kitchen to dispose my floss would be a little strange if there were another person staying there. Honestly, though, I had read the comments before staying here, so when I saw the place I was like daaaaaang. This place is nice and clean, so I had to write these comments! Peace out, y'all.

Ein neueres Haus mit einer Wohnung und zwei Schlafzimmer. Mehr oder weniger gut eingerichtet und sauber.

In der Beschreibung ist nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um eine Wohnung handelt. Mir wurde eines von den beiden Zimmern mit einem breiteren Bett zugeteilt. Das andere Zimmer verschlossen. Kaum hatte ich mich im zugeteilten Zimmer installiert, wurde eine weitere Person gebracht. Ich musste das Zimmer für die später eingetroffene Person räumen und bekam das andere Zimmer mit schmalen Betten. Das Badezimmer wurde zum Gemeinschaftsbad. Kein Wort in der Ausschreibung, dass das passieren kann. Sehr befremdend! Ich hätte auch gerne das breitere Bett gehabt. Vor allem kein Gemeinschaftsbad.

Hier hat jemand in einer stillen Seitengasse am Rande des Dorfes - vermutlich ein bestehendes altes Gebäude - sehr pragmatisch und effizient, mit vollausgestatteter Küche, Waschmaschine - einem ummauerten großer Gartengrundstück, für Pilger (und Touristen) nutzbar gemacht. Ideal für eine 4er Gruppe (weil Gemeinschaftsbad).

Der Garten wird noch etwas zur Beschattung benötigen.

Place was clean but did not feel the same about the sheets on the beds. Unclear that we would be sharing an apartment with another couple.
