Communication with the host extremely fluid, we quickly got complete answers to all our questions. Flat recently renovated, old victorian charm blended with modern and tasteful amenities, very well equipped, nothing was missing. Parking in the back included, a big plus. Central location, close enough to walk to the Barbican and the Hoe, Drake Circus just next door for shopping.

Some noises issues: busy road and lots of students walking in front of the flat, sometimes noisily and especially on week-ends (Friday and Saturday nights). The resident of the first floor also walks quite a lot above the bedroom. But most of these issues reduced after midnight and it did not impact too much our nights.

Really modern throughout , everything was really clean , smelled really nice in the whole apartment Host was really responsive, I had to change vehicle registrations last minute and it wasn't a problem for the host to sort out It's a really good location, really central , walking distance to drakes circus

Had a lovely short stay in Plymouth visiting as our daughter is attending university there and just wanted to see her settle in to her accomodation. The apartment is so close to town and the Hoe/Barbican it allowed us just to leave the car at the property and walk to the key places we wanted to see. Drakes Circus shopping centre just a few hundreds yards away with plenty of shops and restaurants/bars to choose from and the University is visible from the bottom of the road. Free parking behind the property was a massive plus as parking near the town was tough to find and expensive the last time we visited. The apartment itself appears to be newly developed with high end furnishings and ultra modern design and appliances (Bosch). Massive tv with good internet connection. King size bed was so comfy with lovely bedding and the bathroom was amazing too. Great shower!!
