Immaculate and brand new!

The lifts and building itself were a bit grotty, but believe in the process of being refurbished. Don’t be put off as the apartments are great.

Espacioso, limpio, moderno, nuevo, sin ruido del exterior. Dormí genial. Solo estuvimos una noche y aparcamos en el parking contiguo, hay un par de supermercados en la puerta (tienen café para llevar y abren a las 7 am).

Todo estuvo bien :).

The apartment itself is very nice. Brand new office conversion. Its spacious, comfy and has everything ones needs. The overnight concierge was as helpful as anyone could be.

The arrival was awful. This is partly due to this being a new location (converted office building to flats) and there being 2 businesses renting out flats on booking.com. The owners didn't know whether I'd paid or not and asked me to pay cash. The multistory parking lot is a pretty scary place after hours. The doors and shutters lock after 7 and it is not clear how to exit on foot and the area right outside looks like a run down ghetto. It isn't the host's responsibility, but it reflects on the location and creates a terrible first impression. If you arrive in the dark, you'll probably instantly regret booking here. Inside the facilities are fine, but first impressions count. And the shower didn't drain - probably a snagging issue for the builders to repair.
