overall, an oddly laid out large apartment with no comfortable relaxing space in a construction zone and I mean right ou
The location provides easy, walk ability to most tourist sites and the size of the bedrooms in the newly remodeled unit are spacious.
The unit was not quite ready for Rental I believe due to it being newly remodeled and right next-door to an active construction site directly behind the unit right outside the main bedroom window by 7 AM every morning there were workers right out your window, doing construction and talking loud, you could not get good rest throughout the night because there is a security light that stays on and another one that is motion censored that continually turns on throughout the night and the bedroom has no blackout shades/curtains so the room is lit up at all times just enough to not provide good rest. the beds and pillows are extremely firm and uncomfortable. There was a flatscreen TV, but it was brand new and not yet programmed for use or hooked up to any type of TV channels. I had to hunt for the remote and tried to set it up, but it is all in Italian and needed to be set up in order to even try to watch no satellite or channels available and could not get it to set up properly to watch Netflix or provide any type of entertainment in the evening times. the apartment is spacious, but laid out quirky. Nowhere to sit and relax in such a large unit no sofa just large bedrooms the apartment is nicely remodeled, but yet uncomfortable at the same time for the noise and cost of the unit nearly US$300 per night. It did not provide good value yet once construction is complete it may offer better value. All the appliances were brand new so we had to plug things in and try to figure out how to set it up and even had to spray down the shower due to construction dust all throughout it so I think it was just a little bit of a rush to rent this apartment out just yet. we left one day early due to how uncomfortable it was once we saw the main sites of the city decided to leave because it didn’t provide a relaxing comfortable stay
