The Elevate hotel mohali

Had a nice stay at Elevate Hotel Mohali with my partner. The room was clean and housekeeping was quick whenever we needed anything. We also spent some time on the rooftop, which was a nice place to sit and relax. Tried the food as well and liked it. Overall, everything was well managed and we had a comfortable stay

We stayed at Elevate Hotel Mohali during a difficult time when we had to be in Mohali because of a family member’s hospital treatment. What touched us the most was not just the room or facilities, but the way the entire hotel staff treated us. From the very beginning, everyone was extremely kind, understanding and supportive. Whenever we needed anything, the staff was always ready to help. During such a stressful time, their care and helpful nature gave our family a lot of comfort. The way the staff looked after us genuinely made us feel like we were staying at home rather than in a hotel. Housekeeping was attentive, the rooms were kept clean, and the staff always made sure that we were comfortable. Their behaviour and hospitality really meant a lot to us. We are truly thankful to the entire Elevate Hotel Mohali team for making those difficult days a little easier for our family. This is the kind of hospitality that people remember for a long time. Whenever we come to Mohali again, Elevate Hotel Mohali will definitely be our first choice. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for treating us with so much warmth and care. ❤️

I had a really comfortable and pleasant stay at The Elevate Hotel during my solo trip. As a girl travelling alone, I was a little particular about cleanliness, staff behaviour and overall comfort, and honestly, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed and all the basic facilities I needed. The entire property had a nice, peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay even more relaxing. The best part of my experience was the staff. Everyone was polite, respectful and very helpful throughout my stay. They were always available whenever I needed anything, but at the same time they gave me my privacy, which I really appreciated as a solo traveller. The check-in process was smooth and the staff guided me properly. I also liked the fact that the hotel staff communicated very professionally and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I never felt uncomfortable or ignored during my stay. The location is also convenient, making it easy to travel around Mohali and nearby areas. After a long day of travelling, coming back to a clean and peaceful room was exactly what I needed. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at The Elevate Hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again whenever I visit Mohali. A special thanks to the entire staff for their hospitality, polite behaviour and excellent service. Highly recommended for solo travellers, families and anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The room was good considering the price, though on a closer look everything seemed a bit flimsy. The floors were not cleaned properly, the doormat had tons of dust in it.

The Wi-Fi was not working, regarding which fact I was not told beforehand, only after I paid and spent some time in the room I was made aware about this, I couldn’t do any work, I had to outside every time I wanted to use Internet.
