Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! Myself and two friends stayed here whilst visiting a friend in Sutton Coldfield, and we couldn't have asked for a better place. The house is beautiful, incredibly spacious, and has a lovely garden to the rear. The huge open-plan kitchen, dining and living area was a real highlight, with a wonderfully cosy yet modern feel. Every room and facility was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and smelled lovely throughout. Communication with the hosts was equally excellent. They were extremely responsive, informative, and friendly. Genuinely couldn't have had a more positive experience. A stunning property that exceeded our expectations. Would absolutely recommend and happily stay again. 10/10!
