Just 2 hours from New York City and Philadelphia, Graphite Grove is a peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home inside Pocono Country Place, a quiet, private gated community that adds extra peace of mind. Surrounded by tall pines and fresh mountain air, it's the perfect place to slow down and make memories, whether it's a family vacation, a weekend with friends, a romantic escape, or remote work with a view.

THE SPACE
Sleeps up to 8 guests, with a queen bed in each of the three bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Curl up by the fireplace on chilly nights, and stay comfortable year-round with heating and window AC units.

Two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub, perfect for a warm soak after a day of outdoor adventures.

THE KITCHEN
Start your morning with coffee from the drip machine or Keurig (starter supplies included), or tea from the electric hot pot. The kitchen is fully stocked for real meals, with an air fryer, blender, cookware, and dishes for the whole group. Bringing wine? Wine glasses, an opener, and an ice bucket are ready for you.

GAME ROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
Battle the crew for the high score on our classic Pac-Man arcade cabinet, play a game of chess or cards, or kick back with a movie on the TV. Fast 500+ Mbps WiFi keeps streaming and video calls smooth, perfect for remote work, too.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Start your day with a peaceful morning meditation in the hanging bubble chair on the covered deck. Fire up the charcoal grill (utensils provided) for a classic cookout while kids enjoy the outdoor play area. At night, roast s'mores by the fire pit under the string lights, pour a glass of wine, and look up at a sky full of stars.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES
Enjoy free access to miniature golf, tennis courts (rackets provided!), basketball courts, parks, clubhouses, and a seasonal café. The community pool is $20 per person per visit, paid at the PCP front desk with badge registration.

Camelback is about 10 miles away and is adding three new trails for the 2026-27 season, for a total of 45, the most in the Poconos.

Tobyhanna State Park: minutes away, with trails, a beach, and kayak and canoe rentals in summer.
Indoor waterparks,
Whitewater rafting,
Casinos,
Pocono Raceway, and golf, all a short drive.
Wildlife: bird and deer watching, plus seasonal hunting.

Linens, towels, toilet paper, and soap are provided, plus a washer and dryer with detergent.

PETS WELCOME
Up to 2 pets for $50 per pet, per stay. The quiet community streets are perfect for dog walks.

GOOD TO KNOW
Firewood and charcoal are not provided. Cooling is by window AC units.
