Set directly along the sandy shores of Amnicon Bay, Aajijash (Crane) Cabin offers a peaceful Lake Superior escape with expansive views across the water toward Michigan and Stockton Islands. This spacious cabin combines the relaxed character of a rustic island retreat with recent updates and an exceptional waterfront setting.
Here, you truly get the best of both worlds - the privacy and natural beauty of Madeline Island's wooded landscape paired with a beautiful stretch of sandy beach and seemingly endless Lake Superior views. Tucked among the trees yet just steps from the shoreline, Crane Cabin feels secluded and peaceful while opening to the wide, almost ocean-like scenery of Anishinaabeg-Gichigami.
Whether you're enjoying morning coffee surrounded by the woods, spending the afternoon along the sandy beach, or settling onto the deck to take in the lake, this is a setting that captures two of Madeline Island's most memorable landscapes in one place.
