Luxury Penthouse at Avenida Mountainresort, Top A24, in the heart of Kaprun

This 125 m² penthouse can accommodate up to 10 guests and features four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and TV. Three bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each; the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds. In total, there are 4.5 bathrooms and three toilets.

The spacious living area features high ceilings, a fireplace, a smart TV, a Sonos sound system, and a PlayStation 5. The open, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas are ideal for families and groups. From the penthouse, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and Kaprun Castle. On warm summer days, a portable air conditioner provides additional comfort.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Two private parking spaces in the underground garage are included with the rental. The apartment is accessible by elevator. The building also features a heated indoor pool, a wellness area with three saunas, a heated ski and ski boot storage area, and direct internal access to the Austrian restaurant Tafern. A shared laundry room with washers and dryers is available for a fee.

Restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets, and après-ski activities are within walking distance. The ski bus stops right in front of the building; the slopes and lifts are also within easy reach. In the summer, the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card is included in your stay.

Check-in takes place at our host’s office, approximately 800 meters from the building. There, you’ll receive your keys and, if applicable, settle the local tax, security deposit, and summer card fees. For late arrivals, a key box is available at the building upon prior arrangement.
