Original tongue-and-groove wood walls and ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors give the home a warm, nostalgic feel, while the open den and kitchen create a comfortable space for everyone to gather.
The enclosed front porch adds even more room to relax and is the perfect spot for morning coffee, an afternoon book, or a cold drink after a day on the beach.
And when we say close to the beach, we mean it. The ocean is just two blocks away, so you can leave the car at home, grab your beach bag, and be on the sand in minutes. You'll also be just two blocks from Avalon Pier, a longtime Kill Devil Hills landmark at Milepost 6 known for fishing, ocean views, its arcade, casual food and drinks, and that unmistakable old-school Outer Banks atmosphere.
