Surrounded by evergreens and ponds in the Seven Devils community, A Sunrise Summit offers a comfortable and thoughtfully appointed mountain escape. At 3,626 feet, the home enjoys cool mountain air and scenic surroundings, with Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk all within approximately 25 minutes.

The oversized main-level deck is designed for enjoying the outdoors, with rocking chairs, a gas fire pit, lounge seating, a gas grill, and a large dining table. Inside, the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas feature a gas fireplace and 70-inch TV, creating an inviting space for gathering. The main-level primary suite and full bathroom with a jetted tub and step-in shower also provide a convenient option for guests who prefer fewer stairs.

Upstairs, the game room loft offers shuffleboard, foosball, a bowling game, Pac-Man, puzzles, board games, and a Natuzzi pullout sofa. The lower level includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a coffee and breakfast bar with mini fridge, opening to a private deck with a hot tub, lounge seating, and rocking chairs.

Thoughtful touches include brand-new luxury king mattresses, white noise machines, and individual mini-split A/C units throughout the bedrooms and living areas. The main and lower levels can also be closed off from one another for added privacy.

Private catch-and-release fishing ponds are a short walk away, while community pickleball courts and playgrounds are just a few minutes from the home. With plenty of space to gather, relax, and play, A Sunrise Summit is an ideal home base for enjoying the High Country.

Additional notes:
- This home is pet friendly, allowing up to 2 mature, trained dogs for an additional $25/night per pet plus taxes.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
