### THE RESIDENCE

Designed for families, couples traveling together, and multigenerational vacations, the residence features **4 private bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms**, providing the space to vacation together without sacrificing privacy.

Three of the bedrooms feature **king beds**, making this an especially attractive choice for groups of adults and families who want true private bedrooms rather than relying on sofa beds or shared sleeping areas.

The residence features spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful indoor-outdoor living spaces, and ocean views that constantly remind you why you came to Puerto Rico.

Step outside and you are moments from the sand.

### FOUR SEASONS & BAHIA BEACH

Spend your days enjoying the beach, golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness and wellness activities, water sports, nature trails, dining, and the many experiences available throughout the resort.

Or do absolutely nothing.

Find your favorite spot by the water, enjoy the Puerto Rican sunshine, and let the rest of the world wait.

### YOUR GOLF CART IS INCLUDED

One of the pleasures of staying at Bahia Beach is exploring the resort by golf cart—and **your private golf cart is included with your stay**.

The residence also includes **two bicycles** for guests who prefer to explore Bahia Beach on two wheels.

Spend the day together at the beach, enjoy dinner and drinks as a group, and then retreat to the comfort and privacy of separate bedrooms at the end of the evening.
