This is a great old building in a great lower Manhattan location. Owner provided everything in the apartment to make it an excellent stay. Lots of natural light and views of lower New York.

It was a clean, safe studio apartment with super easy access to the subway and everything Manhattan has to offer!

We stay for 2 days and the location is good. Parking is behind the building at NY prices but its nice to have the car right behind the building. The apartmenta needs a little bit of maintenance and the TV was broken when we checked in.
