Location is perfect, Large space for a big family, Great value compared to nearby hotels.Large windows overlooking the park, seeing the ocean over the palm trees and right at the end of busy Ocean drive. Everything is within walking distance so leave the car at home. Only problem was the AC unit died on us while we were there. It was over the Memorial Day Weekend so it was impossible to get a repair. Hopefully it is fixed for the next family,.

Wonderful stay! Fit 6 people just fine with plenty of room to stretch out. 2 spacious balconies also! Great location, close to beach and so many fun things to see and do on ocean drive. The restaurant downstairs is delicious and open late for a good bite to eat most any time of day. The gelato shop next door is delicious also! The building is so safe and well kept. We felt we were the only only ones there for the most part. Everything was perfect! We loved it so much. Also the pool is so nice!

May not want to use this review.Arrived and temperature in condo was 63. Adjusted as it was freezing . In the bathroom The walls doors floor was really wet. The refrigerator was rusted on the side that it turned my stomach. Water was dripping on floor from the ice maker. Inside was not cooling down. Call and they got a service man out quickly. It also smelled inside the fridge.Futon couch was not was not in any condition to sit on let alone sleep on. For the price we paid they need to up date things there. Stayed in a lot of condos but very disappointed in this one.
