The apartment has just been renovated and refurbished and is laid out as follows: The front door is located on the first floor, and a staircase leads to the various rooms, all on a single level. The brand-new kitchen offers a spectacular view of the Gran Sasso, is fully equipped with everything you need, and also features a TV, sofa, table, and pellet stove. The very spacious bedrooms each have a double bed, a single bed, a large closet, a TV, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is adjacent to the ocean-facing bedroom and is equipped with a hair dryer, towels, soap, and other bathroom amenities.
The apartment is highly recommended for families with young children, as it offers not only a high chair and a crib but also spaces suitable for play and creativity, both indoors and outdoors.
The apartment can accommodate up to six people.
Our guests are welcome to use everything they find inside the apartment: linens, dishes, pots and pans, and a small welcome supply in the fridge.
They are also welcome to have lunch or dinner in the outdoor area, which is equipped with a grill, a sink, and a small table.
