THINGS TO KNOW:
-Conveniently located just minutes from Newport Beach, Newport Pier, Balboa Peninsula, beaches, shopping, and waterfront dining.
-Private outdoor lounge features comfortable seating and an outdoor fireplace for year-round enjoyment.
-Parking is available for up to two vehicles
-Traveling with a larger group? 'Emerald Cove' is located next door to 'Cyrstal Cove', and the two homes may be booked together (subject to availability) to comfortably accommodate larger families and groups.
-Per city ordinance, the primary renter must be at least 25 years old and complete and ID verification prior to home entry. Failure to complete verification does not constitute a refund outside of standard cancellation policies. If the primary renter is found to have falsified the ID verification and/or is found to be in violation of the city ordinance (whether it be noise, occupancy, etc.), this will result in a penalty of $1,000 up to the total penalty amount determined by the city of Newport Beach, and immediate eviction. Should the home-owner lose their rental permit due to non-compliance of city rules and regulations, the primary renter will be held liable for loss of rent and legal fees.
