Welcome to The Rosalee, a brand-new single-story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and room for 9 guests, on the quiet Centerton side of Northwest Arkansas. Walmart's Home Office is 10 minutes away, downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges are 12, and world-class mountain biking at Coler Preserve and Slaughter Pen is 15 minutes from your door.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This is the quiet side of NWA: new streets, wide sidewalks, kids on bikes, and neighbors who wave. You'll sleep well here.
Ten minutes east, everything changes. Bentonville has become one of the most interesting small cities in America. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art sits in a wooded ravine, and general admission is free. The Momentary, a converted cheese plant, shows contemporary art. The downtown square hosts a seasonal Saturday farmers market and a restaurant scene that punches far above a town this size.
And then there are the trails. Coler Preserve and Slaughter Pen are 15 minutes away, and the Razorback Greenway threads paved miles across the whole region.
