Villa dei Tramonti is an exclusive villa overlooking the sea, nestled in Mediterranean vegetation in Torre delle Stelle, on the Cann'e Sisa coast. From its three terraces, you can admire the horizon where sea and sky meet, offering ever-changing views. A staircase leads to the sea terrace, from which you have easy access to the water via a private slide, making this summer residence truly unique.



The villa features three spacious bedrooms in the main building, each with a private bathroom: two doubles with beautiful sea views and one with bunk beds. It accommodates up to six guests; a crib is available on request. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV are at your disposal.



You will have exclusive use of the entire villa and outdoor spaces (except the annex).



Access is via a covered driveway with three parking spaces. An illuminated staircase leads to the heart of the house. The large, fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, with an adjacent bathroom and outdoor laundry area. The open-plan living room on two levels offers a dining area with fireplace and a relaxation area, opening onto a covered terrace with dining table and barbecue—perfect for enjoying sunsets and unique views. There is also a workspace. From the living room, you reach the lower level with another covered terrace, ideal for reading or working, and an outdoor shower surrounded by greenery. Upstairs, the terrace just five meters from the sea is furnished with loungers and an umbrella. The final steps lead to the private slide into the water.



We recommend using a car due to unpaved roads. Once there, supermarket and beach are a 15-minute walk away. One pet allowed by prior arrangement. Events not permitted.
