You will love the onsite amenities including an outdoor pool, indoor pool, pirate ship themed slash pad for the kiddos, hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, tennis court, racquetball court, and basketball court! Phoenix V does require parking passes. The complex charges $55/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. When you arrive, stop at the security guard and they will direct you to the front desk to purchase parking passes. Max of two vehicles allowed.
Additional Notes:
*No parking of trailers, watercraft or RV's onsite.
*You must be at least 25 to rent at Phoenix V.
