Welcome to the ZÖR cottage!

Your haven of peace in the heart of the beautiful Lanaudière region. Located a few steps from a small, peaceful lake, this cottage offers you an idyllic setting to recharge your batteries and relax in peace.

Whether you are looking for tranquility, outdoor adventure or moments of conviviality with family or friends, it will meet all your expectations.

The space
Chalet le ZÖR has been set up to receive you in comfort:

• You will enjoy a restful sleep in our three closed bedrooms. The master bedroom, on the first floor, contains a king bed, while the other two bedrooms, in the basement, contain a Queen bed and the last one a double bed and two single bunk beds. This allows 8 adults to be accommodated comfortably. In addition, there are two mattresses for children. Towels and bedding are included.

• The kitchen is fully equipped, so you have nothing to bring but your food! Everything from dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pots, and even raclette kits, mixer, filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine are on site for your use! Some food essentials are also provided, such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, some spices and cleaning items (soap, sponge, dishwasher tablets, bags, paper towels, etc.)

• In the living area, you can enjoy a smart TV to connect to your favourite apps, a warm gas fireplace, a foosball table and board games to keep the whole family happy.

• The dining room has a large table that can accommodate 8 guests, and the adjacent terrace has an outdoor table and chairs, a relaxation area and a propane BBQ for your grills!

• The chalet is equipped with a high-speed internet connection, air conditioning and drinking water. There are two full bathrooms, the one on the first floor with a bath-shower and the one on the garden level with a freestanding bath and an adjacent shower. The washer and dryer will be accessible.

A playroom is available for children with toys, board games and crayons for colouring.

Outside, you will enjoy a large lot isolated by greenery, with an outdoor fireplace and direct access to Lac Gérard. That said, please note that the outdoor fireplace is not accessible from November to April. You will also have access to 2 adult kayaks and 2 children's kayaks, as well as personal flotation devices (for adults and children), for hours of fun on the water!
Boats are not available during the winter season from October 15th to May 1st approximately.

Finally, you will be able to enjoy the spa all year round!

Note that we can hear the main road from the cottage.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire cottage and its outdoor areas in complete privacy, with the exception of a storage area.

By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual with all the important information you need to know before your stay at the cottage, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby!

Other things to note
We have a smart TV in the unit but do not offer cable channels. You will have access to Netflix and will be able to access your Prime, Disney+ accounts directly on the TV.

Fireplace/wood: There is a gas fireplace inside as well as an outdoor fireplace at your disposal. However, you must bring your own wood. You can buy it near the cottage.

The spa is available to you throughout the year. Remember to bring your towels and swimsuit!

There is a security camera at the entrance of the cottage, pointing outside, towards the parking lot.

The cottage faces the small Lake Gérard. However, it is not recommended to swim there, as it is shallow. You can enjoy it with the boats for hours of fun! Pleasant beaches are available nearby.
