You have a parking space, a bike storage area with power outlet, a covered terrace with barbecue, and a garden to relax in. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, dish soap, towels, and spices. A spiral staircase leads through a narrow entrance to the bedroom with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and balcony. The living room has a TV with DVD player and a pellet stove for cold days. The dining room offers a wonderful panoramic view of Frankenberg and includes a high-quality sofa bed for two guests and board games. The newly renovated bathroom features a large shower, hairdryer, bath mat, bath towels, hand towels, soap, and toilet paper. For children, there is a travel cot with mattress and a high chair. Shops, bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, hospital, Eder Bowling, and the skate park are all within walking distance.
