This charming little house, located 150 meters from the beach (a 2-minute walk) and right in the city center, will charm you with its ideal location for exploring the surrounding area!

This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service dedicated to its guests.


You’ll enter the house through the living/dining area, which features a sofa, TV, and a dining table with chairs.

Next is the fully equipped kitchen:
- Refrigerator/freezer
- Stovetop
- Microwave
- Nespresso coffee machine
- Electric kettle
- Toaster
- Dishes

Shower room with toilet: the towel warmer is not working.

On the first floor (mezzanine):
- One bedroom with a 140 cm double bed.

Included: Linens (towels, sheets, dish towels, bath mats), Wi-Fi, a welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag. For the rest of your stay, we’ll leave it up to you to purchase what you need.


You’ll receive a set of keys.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.


Check-in can be done independently using the key box.
