Location is great and very central to Sapporo Station, Sapporo TV Tower, and Odori Park. Sapporo Brewery and Susukino are a bit farther but still walkable. There are a few restaurants close by but have to go a little farther out for a large selection. Lots of space and storage. Washer available and a detergent pod was available for use. It's not located on a main street so the area is quiet but felt safe and comfortable. I stayed 6 nights and did not see a single other person enter or exit the building. Convenient outlet plugs available on the bed headboard and near the couch for charging. AC worked well. Small kitchen is a very nice feature. Communication with host was very good, but sent in Japanese. The translation feature within the Booking app worked very well.

Bed, pillows, and comforter are very average. They do the job but are basic. Upper Kitchen cabinet where glasses are stored is pretty high off the ground. Handle is maybe 5.5 feet from the floor. It wasn't a problem for me, but short guests might be challenged.
