Clean house and owner really friendly

Location was great! Walking distance to many cute restaurants, shops and the farmers market on Saturday mornings. This VRBO was one of the cleaner houses I’ve rented. Plenty of space for the family. The house was cooled off for us when we got there. The welcome snacks and water were a cute surprise!A few things to be aware of: the VRBO is on a busy st of the city so it is noisy when sleeping. This is the first VRBO where it was our responsibility to bring the trash to the curb for garbage pick up. That info would have been nice upon check in. It is in the welcome book, but I honestly only look at that for check out instructions. The biggest adjustment for the house is the height of the bathroom ceiling. It is not tall-person friendly. I am 5’3 and had to crouch to get beneath the shower head. My husband is 6’ and it was not comfortable for him at all, but made it work. It honestly is made for someone around 4’10”. As a PT, a grab bar in the shower would be beneficial for safety as you cannot stand up straight. A bath mat would be nice too. I can touch the ceiling in the shower as well as the kitchen. The floors in the house are uneven, dip downward enough that some of the flooring is a tripping hazard. Granted, this is the Physical Therapist in me, but those few things are safety concerns. The house is an older remodel so the stairs are steep and narrow, so be cautious when using.

Plenty of parking, convenient to Columbus, Grove City has a great downtown
