- Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. on weekdays, and 11 p.m. until 8 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

-Maximum Daytime Occupancy: 20
- Primary renter must be present during the entire stay.
- Four cars MAX on property. Short-term rentals do not allow for parking on the street or anywhere except our driveway.
- Pets are allowed with specific permission. Pets should always be on leash and please clean up after pets.
- No smoking of any kind inside our home. Immediate eviction and an additional fee will be applied for violation.
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL
- Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges.

Our family had a wonderful time at the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a full spread. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit and hot tub in the evenings.We’re an active family and loved being so close to Little Elm Park, just a seven-minute drive away. We played pickleball and tennis there each day, which made the stay even better.Property manager is very helpful.
