Close to sledding, snowboarding, and more, this pet-friendly cabin brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 4-minute drive to Big Bear Mountain Resort or the 4-minute drive to Snow Summit (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the balcony, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at billiards, or enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and DVD player.

This 4-bedroom rental features a living room, a BBQ grill, and a fireplace. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, free toiletries, and towels. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.
