There is something special about living in a space without the usual corners and rigid lines. The circular design gives the home a natural sense of movement and connection, inviting you to slow down, breathe deeply and experience the space in a completely different way.

Clear Water Spring was thoughtfully created with beautiful high-end finishes and sustainable, low-toxicity materials selected with indoor air quality and well-being in mind. Heated cork floors feel wonderfully warm underfoot, while natural cotton and linen bedding add softness and comfort throughout the home.

The spectacular kitchen is the heart of the home. Gather around the enormous island while meals are prepared on the eight-burner gas range and in the double ovens with top quality cookware provided. Whether you are making a leisurely breakfast, sharing wine and appetizers or preparing dinner together, there is plenty of room for everyone to be part of the experience.

SOAK, STARGAZE AND UNWIND

After a day of hiking, mountain biking, sightseeing, shopping or exploring historic Durango, return home for a restorative soak in the hot tub.

The rooftop deck offers curved seating and a wonderful setting for morning coffee, evening conversation and gazing at the Colorado sky. A rooftop fire pit is planned and will be available once its connection is completed.
