When you are approaching the property, you will go through an open gateway (please see the attached photo). Before reaching the Four Seasons hotel, you should turn left (see photo) and continue following Google Maps directions until you arrive at a dirt track. Take this track uphill, and after about one minute you will find the house on your right.
