* On the main level, the primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a cozy queen bed.
* Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: two with king beds for plenty of space and comfort, and one with a queen bed.
* For added fun and flexibility, the downstairs game room area has three sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests.

* Max Guests: 16
* Parking: 6 vehicles max per city rules (NO garage access, NO street parking). Violations may result in city fines enforced by the city.
* Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM
* No speakers or sound systems allowed outside
* No parties or events
* Indoor noise must not be heard beyond property lines
* Violations can result in fines up to $1,000 per incident by the City Code Enforcement
