Enjoy a clean, modern and spacious private lower-level apartment in a quiet South Jordan cul-de-sac. With nearly 2,000 sq. ft. of living space, this home is well suited for families, visiting relatives, remote workers, relocations and extended stays.
The apartment includes two traditional queen bedrooms plus a flexible third bedroom/office with a queen Murphy bed and fold-away desk. The room can easily function as a private bedroom, dedicated workspace, or both, depending on your needs.
The open living and dining area provides plenty of room to relax, while the full kitchen includes an island, full-size appliances, cookware and everyday essentials. Guests also have 1.5 bathrooms, full-size washer and dryer, high-speed Google Fiber, a separate thermostat, private coded entrance and designated outdoor patio.
The home is located on a quiet dead-end street with very little through traffic, yet remains convenient to Salt Lake City, Lehi/Silicon Slopes, Park City, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, shopping, dining and year-round recreation.
Guests may park up to two vehicles in the designated slanted RV parking area next to the white gate.
This is a private lower-level apartment in an owner-occupied home. We live upstairs and respect our guests’ privacy while remaining nearby if assistance is needed.
