The Neighborhood:

Downtown Dubai is the city's centrepiece — home to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Dubai Fountain, all within walking distance. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard runs right past the building, lined with cafés, restaurants and pavement terraces that come alive after sunset.



Burj Park and the Wings of Mexico sculpture are a short walk away, and Dubai Opera sits at the edge of the Boulevard for evening performances. Souk Al Bahar and the waterfront promenade are close by for dinner with a fountain view.



Downtown is walkable in a way most of Dubai isn't! You can leave the car parked and reach almost everything on foot. Perfect for both business and leisure.

🔑 At checkout, hand both cards to your host or leave them on the kitchen counter. A replacement fee of AED 300 per card applies if a card is not returned.

📄 Please send passport copies for all guests before arrival — this is required by Dubai tourism authorities and makes check-in much quicker.

🧳 Guest luggage room available for early arrivals and late departures — just ask.

🌡️ Please leave the air conditioning on at 24°C when you go out rather than switching it off.
