1.5 bathrooms. The upstairs full bath has a tub-and-shower combo, exhaust fan, and hair dryer. A half bath on the main floor means no one has to go upstairs just to wash their hands. Towels and all the basics are provided.

The kitchen has the full list: electric range, oven, dishwasher, full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee maker, cookware, knives, wine glasses, and all the staples. Dining table seats 4.

- No pets.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home. If you smoke outdoors, please do so responsibly and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- No cannabis or illegal substances on the property.

3. RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Please keep noise to a minimum, especially on the back deck and lower patio — it's a quiet residential street.

4. GRILL SAFELY
- The grill is charcoal. Please fully extinguish the coals after each use.
- Grill only on the lower patio — never under the carport or up on the wood deck.

5. ENJOY THE HOME
- You'll have the entire house to yourself, including the back deck and the covered patio below.
- Please treat the home as if it were your own.
- For everyone's security, please don't share the door code with anyone outside your reservation.

1. WHERE TO PARK
- Park in the gravel area under and beside the house — the home sits raised on posts, and the covered carport underneath is your parking spot (fits 2 cars).
- Free street parking is also available out front. No permits needed.

2. HOW TO ENTER
- The entry door is on the side of the house, not the street-facing front.
- Walk up the short flight of wood steps (handrails on both sides).
- Your door is the black door with "3939" on the white trim beside it. The porch light comes on automatically at dusk.

3. TO UNLOCK THE DOOR
- The door has a Schlage keypad smart lock (arched keypad above the knob).
- Tap the keypad to wake it, then enter your access code from your check-in message.
- The deadbolt releases — turn the knob and you're in.

4. TO LOCK THE DOOR
- The lock locks itself automatically after the door closes.
- To lock it manually, press the Schlage button at the top of the keypad and pull the door firmly shut.

5. BACKUP ENTRY
- If the keypad battery dies: there's a lockbox mounted by the front door.
- Open it with code 1979 — the key inside opens the front door.
