Two separate living areas, each having 2 sleeper sofas, and the main living has a twin ottoman sleeper, and one of the king bedrooms has a twin ottoman sleeper, so no one is on top of each other. The upstairs houses 4 bedrooms and the golf simulator room with an arcade game, live-edge wood bar, two smart tv's, fireplace, garage door opening to an outdoor deck, golf clubs, mini fridge, and coffee bar. The basement has a pool area with an indoor heated pool with a stacked waterfall and playful fountains for year-round enjoyment, an outdoor hot tub, cornhole pits, 3 gaming consoles, basketball, arcade games, shuffleboard, 2 full bathrooms, a bunk room with a smart TV, 2 sleeper sofas, extra seating, and a karaoke machine for everyone's enjoyment. The main level houses a full kitchen with large cafe-style dining with counter-height bar seating, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, and comes fully stocked. 1 king bedroom and a full bathroom, wet bar with mini fridge, ice maker, wine chiller, skylight looking into the pool area, large living room with a smart TV on each side of partition, outdoor deck with blackstone grill, table, rocking chairs, and other seating. There is a shoe rack and a bench with hooks above for storing shoes and jackets in the main entrance mud room.

The whole house is yours. All levels with all the amenities. Nothing is shared with other properties. Plenty of paved parking for your whole group. Self check-in with smart lock. Your code arrives the day of arrival. I answer messages quickly and can help you plan before you arrive.

Neighborhood is off main road, flat, easy to drive to. No steep winding roads. 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, 15-20 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Mills park, with ball fields, a play ground, a walking trac, is a five minute walk.

Rocky Top Sports is walking distance: 80 acres, 6 basketball courts, 12 volleyball courts, 21 turn and soccer fields. If your team is playing there, you can house most of the team and skip the hotel blocks.

New neighborhood so you might see work on other lots during the week.

Easy drive to downtown. Paid parking decks around the town and there is a free trolley that will take you around.

This is a brand new home in a brand new neighborhood, so you may see work on nearby lots on weekdays. It is quiet by evening and never blocks parking. Being new also means nothing is worn out yet. Children must be supervised at all times. No pets, no smoking. Please treat our house with respect as if it were your own. Contact me immediately with any damages.
