Warm cream tones, elegant gold accents, high-quality hardwood floors, and a fully equipped designer kitchen create an atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home from the very first moment—whether you’re seeking a romantic getaway for two or vacationing with the whole family.

A comfortable double bed and two single beds provide space for up to four adults; a crib and high chair are available for the little ones—making this vacation a true getaway for all generations. The spacious bathroom with its own radiator and the separate guest restroom ensure pleasant privacy even for four people, while the 10 m² balcony is the perfect spot for morning coffee with a view of the greenery. A private washing machine rounds out the amenities for longer stays.

The location could hardly be more idyllic: nestled between mountains, the Alps, and lakes, the region is the ideal starting point for hikes, days spent swimming at Lake Chiemsee, and exploration tours through one of Upper Bavaria’s most beautiful landscapes.
