The Space:
Brand-new single-level home with an open, bright living-dining area and equipped kitchen. The main bedroom has a double bed and a large window facing the garden; the second bedroom has a trundle bed (two single beds), and a sofa bed in the living room sleeps a fifth guest. One full bathroom, washer, heating, Smart TV and a refrigerator for guests' exclusive use. The covered deck opens from the living room onto the meadow and native forest, with no neighbors in sight. There is also a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture.
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire house and the deck, with free parking on the property.

The house is in the rural Los Leones area, north of Frutillar, surrounded by meadows and native forest. The Frutillar Bajo beach on Lake Llanquihue is a 30-minute drive (15.4 km); Teatro del Lago, a 30-minute drive (16 km); and the German Colonial Museum, a 30-minute drive (14.9 km). Puerto Varas is a 40-minute drive (36.6 km).
Getting Around:
A car is required: the last approx. 2 km are an unpaved rural road inside a small subdivision, and there is no frequent public transit to the property. The turnoff from Route 5 is signposted "Sector Los Leones" and the subdivision has an entrance gate; step-by-step directions are shared once the booking is confirmed. The nearest supermarket, in Frutillar, is a 20-minute drive (11.9 km), and El Tepual Airport (Puerto Montt) is a 55-minute drive (53.4 km).
Other Things to Note:
Family friendly, suitable for children and infants. Pets are welcome. No smoking, parties or events. Security cameras are outdoors only, at the front and at the back of the house; there are no cameras inside. WiFi runs on a mobile network (rural area, no fiber optic) with speeds of 50-100 Mbps. Mandatory online registration before arrival (3-5 min) through the guest portal; the steps and the security deposit are detailed in the house rules.
