This spacious private retreat is designed for large families and groups of up to 30 guests. Set on 2 gated acres, the home offers 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, multiple living and gathering areas, and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together while still having room to spread out.
The oversized primary suite is approximately 500 sq. ft. and features a sitting area, TV, generous closet space and two private attached bathrooms. The additional bedrooms offer a combination of comfortable private sleeping spaces and bunk-style accommodations, making the home especially well suited for families and large groups.
Two full kitchens make preparing meals for a crowd easier, while multiple living areas provide plenty of space for relaxing, visiting and spending time together.
One of the home's biggest advantages is that large groups can actually dine and gather together. Indoor dining accommodates approximately 24 guests, while the outdoor setup provides even more seating with six round tables seating 6 each, plus a large table with seating for another 6.
Step outside to enjoy the private swimming pool and spacious outdoor areas surrounded by the peaceful 2-acre country setting. There's plenty of room to swim, dine, relax and enjoy the outdoors together.
With sleeping accommodations for 30, two kitchens, multiple gathering areas, extensive dining space and a private pool, the home is especially well suited for family reunions, wedding-weekend groups, sports teams, extended families and group getaways.

A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring the area. Free on-site parking is available, and the property offers convenient access to I-45 for easy travel throughout Conroe, The Woodlands, Lake Conroe, and the greater Houston area.

Uber, Lyft, and local taxi services are available in the area. Car rentals are available in Conroe, The Woodlands, and at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), approximately 35–45 minutes away depending on traffic.

Public transportation is limited in this area, so guests should plan to drive or use rideshare services for most trips.
