Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in this modern two-bedroom apartment in one of Guatemala City’s best-connected locations.

Just minutes from the airport and steps away from Avenida Las Américas, you’ll have easy access to everything you need.

The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, making it ideal for couples, families, or business travelers. The fully equipped space is designed to feel like home, whether you’re staying for a few nights or several weeks.

Hi there…

A couple of additional notes to make your stay even smoother:

• Shower Handle: The shower turns on by pulling out the knob. It can feel a bit stiff at first, so a firm pull may be needed — just avoid pulling too hard to prevent any damage to the mechanism.
• Living Room Curtains: Please avoid lowering the curtains in the living room. They’re currently not functioning properly and will be replaced.

If anything comes up or you need assistance with the apartment, I’m always happy to help.

Cheers,
edward
