Summary:

Around 300 metres from the nearest beach, Villa Luna gives you two private floors of a three storey home in Kato Assos, with sea views, generous terraces, a garden and plenty of room to settle in with family or friends. Bright living spaces lead naturally outdoors, while the open plan attic adds a distinctive upper level for relaxing and sleeping. Tavernas are around 400 metres away and a supermarket is about 1.5 km away. WiFi is available throughout and private parking is on site.



The Space:

Villa Luna occupies the first and second floors of a three storey home, giving you a fully independent two level stay with private living spaces, balconies and terraces. The ground floor is a separate residence and is not part of the guest accommodation.



On the first floor, natural light fills the living room, where comfortable seating, a fireplace and direct access to the balcony create an inviting place to spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen connects easily with the dining and living areas and gives you everything you might need during your stay.



Two bedrooms are located on this level. The first has a double bed, while the second has a single bed and its own private WC. A full bathroom serves the floor as well.



The upper floor is an open plan attic beneath warm timber ceilings. This level combines sleeping and lounge areas in one open space, with three double beds and a single sofa bed. A full bathroom is also located here. Multiple doors lead onto upper terraces and balconies, giving you additional outdoor space and open views across the surrounding area and towards the sea.



Outside, the garden adds greenery around the house, while the balconies and terraces give you several places to sit outdoors throughout the day.



Guest Access:

You have exclusive use of Villa Luna's first floor and attic level. Access involves stairs, including the marble staircase behind the garage and an internal spiral staircase between levels.



The Neighborhood:

Villa Luna is in Kato Assos, a seaside village on the Corinthian Gulf, around 10 km west of Corinth. The setting combines the coast with the cultivated landscape of the Corinthian plain, while nearby Assos, Perigiali, Vrachati and Lechaio give you easy access to everyday services, cafés and places to eat. Tavernas are around 0.4 km from the property and a supermarket is approximately 1.5 km away.



The nearest stretch of Kato Assos Beach is around 0.3 km away on foot along a direct route from the house. The shoreline combines sand and pebbles. Perigiali Beach, around 2 km away, is another sandy option with shallow water. Lechaio Beach is around 4 km away and offers a long shoreline looking across the Corinthian Gulf. For a livelier seaside setting, Vrachati Beach is around 4 km away, while Kalamia Beach in Corinth, around 10 km away, combines sand and pebbles with organised facilities and broad sunset views across the gulf.



The surrounding countryside gives you another side of Corinthia, with cultivated land extending inland and hills rising beyond the coastal plain. Walking around Assos and the neighbouring villages brings views towards the Corinthian Gulf, while a car opens up the wider mountain landscapes and inland routes of the region.



Ancient Corinth is around 8 km from Villa Luna and is one of the area's essential archaeological visits. The Archaeological Museum of Ancient Corinth is also around 8 km away, making it easy to combine the museum and ancient city in one outing. Acrocorinth rises above the ancient settlement at roughly 10 km from the property and adds a dramatic historic viewpoint over the surrounding landscape. The Corinth Canal, around 18 km away, provides one of the region's most recognisable engineering and historical sights



Getting Around:

Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos is approximately 120 km from Villa Luna. The Zevgolatio suburban railway station provides access to the Athens and Kiato rail corridor, with onward connections towards Athens, Piraeus and the airport network.



For local travel, a car gives you the freedom to combine the beaches of the Corinthian Gulf with Ancient Corinth, Acrocorinth, Corinth and the wider Peloponnese at your own pace.
