Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire suite — bedroom, living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and desk workspace. The shared front garden and outdoor seating area are also available to enjoy. Entry is through a private entrance via a keypad smart lock. The rear yard is private to the owners and not accessible to guests.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in the lively and welcoming neighbourhood of Kensington-Cedar Cottage, this suite puts you at the heart of one of Vancouver's most beloved east-side communities. The area blends classic craftsman homes with indie coffee shops, international restaurants, and a strong neighbourhood spirit. Commercial Drive — Vancouver's most eclectic strip of cafés, grocers, delis, and live-music venues — is just a short walk away, as is the vibrant Main Street corridor with its boutiques, breweries, and weekend farmers markets. Trout Lake Park, one of the city's most cherished green spaces, is moments from your door, offering a beach, off-leash dog area, and a weekly summer farmers market. Whether you're here to explore, work, or simply unwind, this neighbourhood gives you a genuine Vancouver local experience.



Getting Around:

The suite is exceptionally well-connected. Multiple bus routes along E 22nd Ave and nearby Kingsway provide direct access to downtown Vancouver and beyond. The 29th Avenue SkyTrain station (Expo Line) is approximately a 10-minute walk, linking you to downtown in under 20 minutes. Commercial-Broadway Station — one of Vancouver's busiest transit hubs connecting the Millennium and Expo Lines — is reachable in ~15 minutes on foot or a short bus ride. For drivers, Kingsway offers a direct route into downtown or out toward Burnaby and the highway network. Street parking is available directly on E 22nd Ave with no signage observed in the immediate area.



Other Things to Note:

• The homeowner occupies the upper floor of the home. The ground-floor unit is completely private and has its own entrance, ensuring guests have a dedicated space throughout their stay. Please note, however, that the front yard is shared.

• As much as we love furry friends, we’re unable to host pets at this home.

• Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for $75 CAD each.
