The beach is just steps from your door, with scenic foreshore paths ideal for morning walks and sunsets by the bay. St Kilda’s vibrant cafés, restaurants and bars are nearby, along with Albert Park, Middle Park and the iconic St Kilda Pier.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from this well-connected bayside location. Nearby trams provide convenient access to Melbourne CBD, St Kilda, South Melbourne and surrounding areas. The beachfront walking and cycling paths make exploring the local neighbourhood easy, while the CBD is only a short drive away. With two secure parking spaces included, the apartment is also ideal for guests travelling by car.



Other Things to Note:

• EARLY CHECK-IN: Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate your request once the apartment has been cleaned, inspected, and prepared for your arrival. Updates will be provided on the day of check-in.



• LATE CHECK-OUT: Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. A fee of $75 per hour applies, with the latest possible check-out time being 12:00 PM.



• POOL TOWELS: Pool towels are not provided. Guests intending to use the building’s pool facilities are kindly asked to bring their own towels.



• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Strictly no parties, gatherings, or events are permitted under any circumstances.



• NOISE CONTROL: Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, both inside the apartment and in common areas. Excessive noise may result in fines or immediate eviction.



• NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the balcony, or in any common areas due to fire risk. A $300 fine will apply, and smoking may result in immediate eviction.



• KEYS & FOBS: Two sets of keys/fobs will be provided for your stay. Please ensure they are kept secure at all times, as additional sets cannot be issued.



• MISSED CHECK-IN OR LOCKOUTS: A $150 call-out fee applies for replacement key delivery or re-entry assistance.



• LOST KEYS: Lost keys will incur a $300 replacement fee.
