Welcome to The Capella, a sunny, open and modern beach home in the gated Kiwanda Shores community of Pacific City.
With plenty of space for families, great outdoor decks, and private beach access just about two blocks away, this is an easy home for settling into beach time. Walk down to the sand for the day, come back for lunch or a break, and head right back out for sunset.
Inside, the home is bright and spacious, with an open layout that makes it easy for everyone to gather without feeling crowded. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and there are TVs throughout the home plus a gaming console for quieter evenings or rainy coast days.
The outdoor space is a real highlight. Large upper decks give you plenty of room to relax, enjoy the sunshine, grill dinner, or spend time together outside.
The Capella is also pet friendly, so your dog can come along for the beach vacation too.
You'll be close to all the best of Pacific City, including Cape Kiwanda, local restaurants, Bob Straub State Park, horseback riding, kayaking on the Nestucca River, and miles of beach to explore.

Kiwanda Shores is a private gated community of quality homes on the ocean front in Pacific City. Security, pride in ownership and peaceful enjoyment of the coastal experience is shared by Kiwanda Shores homeowners and renters alike. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
