The kitchen is well equipped, so whether you like to cook full meals or just make coffee in the morning, you’ll have what you need. There's also a clean bathroom with fresh towels and essentials ready for you. It’s a cozy, easy space in a quiet spot—perfect if you’re looking for a place that feels relaxed and hassle-free.

Accidents can happen. For a one-time, non-refundable fee of $35, you may add a Damage Waiver that covers up to $400 in qualifying accidental damage during your stay, including spills, stains, and broken glassware.



The waiver excludes intentional damage, missing items, pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, and damage resulting from unauthorized parties or events, negligence, misuse, or violations of house rules.
