✦There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

✦Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

✦ Please note there is a $100 fee for pets - this requires a more extensive clean for the next guest. You are responsible for cleaning after your pets (both inside and outside). We will request reimbursement for any damaged furniture or sheets.

✦We have an exterior camera facing the front of the house, and rear patio.

✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

✦Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

House Rules
To ensure a wonderful stay for you and our future guests, we ask that you please observe the following rules:

1. Smoking and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. A minimum fee of $1,000 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
2. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
3. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
4. Be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
5. Pets are permitted, but you must clean up after them (inside and out) and keep them off the furniture.
6. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is 7 people. Occupancy is verified by exterior security cameras per city ordinance. A fee of $200 per unauthorized guest or pet, per night, will be applied for violations.
7. Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.
8. Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
9. Please report any damages and/or breakages to us immediately.
10. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
11. Please turn off all electronics and lights when you leave the house.
12. A late checkout fee of $75 will be applied for any departure at 10:30 AM or later.
