You have the whole home to yourselves, including the private hot tub and patio. The garage is locked for owner storage. Free parking is available in the driveway, with additional visitor spaces throughout the complex, subject to availability.

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, air conditioning, and a large private ensuite bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: King-size bed, plenty of storage, and air conditioning.

3rd Bedroom: Two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, with two single beds prepared for sleeping.

LIVING ROOM:

The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and direct access to the patio and BBQ. The open layout connects with the kitchen and dining area. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided.

ENTERTAINMENT ROOM:

A separate entertainment room with a Sonos cinema system offers the perfect space to unwind with a movie after a day of adventure. The home accommodates up to 6 guests.

KITCHEN:

The fully equipped designer kitchen features quartz countertops, premium appliances, a wine fridge, and an island with seating for 4. The dining table comfortably seats 6.

Cookware, oils, and spices are provided, along with tea and coffee in countertop canisters. There is a Nespresso pod machine and an ☕️ espresso machine that uses coffee beans.

BBQ:

A propane BBQ is available on the patio, accessed from the living room.

PARKING:

Free outdoor parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway outside the garage door. Additional visitor parking is available throughout The Woods complex on a first-come, first-served basis. We provide two parking passes for use in visitor spaces, subject to availability.

Please note: A $150 replacement charge applies if a parking pass is not returned upon departure.

HOT TUB:

The home has a private hot tub exclusively for your group’s use.

LAUNDRY:

In-home washer and dryer.

SKI AND BIKE STORAGE:

There is space at the entrance to store skis, bikes, and other equipment.


Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and private hot tub, except for a couple of locked owner closets and the garage, which is reserved for the owners and cleaning team.

The bunk room contains four beds, but only the two lower bunks are prepared and available for guest use.

A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance and monitors the exterior entry area only.

PARKING:
There is parking outside the garage door in the driveway and additional visitor spots, the pass is required. There are 2 spots at the end of our lane way and 6 additional spots at the upper Woods complex.

Please Note: If a parking pass is not returned upon departure there will be a $150 charge to replace it.

Please keep noise pollution to a minimum (ie. No loudspeakers, boom boxes etc)
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND.

Hot tubs are serviced regularly. Host does not offer any guarantees in respect to water quality, temperature, jets performance or usability. If you experience any issues with using the hot tub please let us know immediately and we will send a technician to your property as soon as is reasonably possible to assess the issue. Please note delays may be experienced in restoring the hot tub to working order. The host will not reimburse or be held liable for any time when the hot tub is out of service.

Disturbances is $750 fine and security response.
Full-time neighbours will report noise.
