PALMITO is a 60 m² self-contained, ADULTS-ONLY vacation apartment, consisting of:

- A spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, television, and ceiling fan, with access to a fully equipped kitchen: gas stove, range hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, juicer, and blender.

- A spacious bedroom with the option of a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) or two single beds (90 x 200 cm), two large closets with spacious drawers, two nightstands, and a ceiling fan.

- A bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

- A private Mediterranean-style terrace and garden with a table, chairs, a hammock, and lounge chairs; overlooking the countryside, almond trees, and olive groves, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

- Two possible entrances: one private entrance via the garden terrace and the other via the porch next to the pool.

- Private parking.

For 3 people (or 2 who wish to sleep separately), we provide a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm) in the living room (see photo).

You’ll have exclusive access to your entire apartment and terrace, without sharing it with us.

We are at your complete disposal during your stay, while respecting your privacy; the shared dining table is available to make your experience more enjoyable.

In your apartment, you’ll find the following amenities:

Mineral water, heating, electricity, linens (sheets, bath towels, and beach towels), high-speed Wi-Fi, television, a private parking space, and final cleaning.

In winter, we provide firewood for the fireplace: we’ll clean it daily and prepare it for your convenience; you’ll just need to add firewood (from October 1 to March 31 each year).

The apartments are non-smoking, but you may smoke outdoors: on your private terrace or around the pool.
