The cabin is located right on the shore of Lake Älmtasjön—a tranquil lake where only rowboats and electric-powered boats are allowed. You’ll be staying literally right on the water, with the swimming dock just five meters from your door and the evening sky reflected on the surface. It’s a place where tranquility is part of the experience.



Inside, there’s a sleeping loft, a kitchen, and a large room with a wood-burning stove. Sheets, towels, and housekeeping are included, so you can arrive without packing more than necessary. Firewood for the stove is also provided, making it easy to keep the interior warm and cozy.



The wood-fired sauna is located right by the lake—after a session, it’s just a few steps to a dip in Lake Älmtasjön. On the dock, there’s a hot tub that’s always heated. You also have access to a boat, and if you’d like to go fishing, Kajsa can help you get a fishing license.
