Kachemak Retreat is a private downstairs guest suite within an owner-occupied home. Your host and his dog, Sandy, live upstairs. You may hear occasional footsteps or household activity. The guest suite has a private entrance and locked interior separation from the upstairs residence. The property is near East End Road, so daytime traffic may be noticeable, particularly outdoors.
