Warm and cosy en suite double room for £65 per night. Staff welcoming and helpful. Did not have breakfast at the property, but the choice looked good and it was available from 7AM onwards, which would have been useful, as we were going hill walking further West. Plenty of on site and on street parking.
"Double" bed was in fact more of a "three quarter" bed; a very narrow double. OK if you are sharing with a "good friend", tho'! Dinner menu was reasonably extensive, but the portions were tiny; overpriced. Also, bar area was very noisy with Saturday night music, so we chose to eat in the empty breakfast restaurant, where we could at lest "hear ourselves think".

Lots of facilities in room eg fridge and sink. Very comfortable bed. Problems dealt with quickly. Shower wash is high quality and smells lovely. You can have a dinner and breakfast on site. Lots of rooms downstairs for socialising.
Advice to others... go to the bar to book in and park out the front of the place, as the rear car park is poorly lit, poorly surfaced and car gets covered in tree deposits.
Interior staircase is worn but the rooms are well kept.
Room needs a bin in sleeping/ kitchen area.
They need a bin outside for dog "gifts" since they accept dogs.
