At Au 24, you will stay in a carefully renovated 70 m² house on two levels, perfect for 4 to 6 guests, whether for work or leisure. Located in the heart of Villiers-Louis, just 10 km from Sens, 60 km from Troyes and Auxerre, and 120 km from Paris, the house offers a convenient base for exploring the region.



On the ground floor, enjoy a spacious living room, an open fully equipped kitchen (pod and filter coffee makers), and a study with workspace (sofa bed for two extra guests; bed linen for the third bed available for an extra fee if fewer than 4 guests). There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a WC, and underfloor heating for added comfort.



Upstairs, find two double bedrooms (140x190 cm beds) with air conditioning and electric heaters, plus a bathroom with WC.



Outside, relax on the private terrace with garden furniture and a gas plancha, or enjoy the private garden and a gated courtyard with parking for up to two cars.



Late check-in is possible thanks to a code lock. Ideal for workers and families (baby equipment provided: cot, high chair, toys, and books). Wi-Fi, TV, and fan are available.
